Statement of Work
We listen carefully to fully understand your needs, and the competencies you want in a candidate. From that, we build a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that guides our candidate search efforts. More than a role description - the SOW ensures we're targeting the right fit for your business - from experience level and area of expertise, to ensuring candidates are aligned with your organizational culture and values.

We've spent our collective careers building our network (like any good PM would). The professional relationships we've built throughout our years of experience, and our consistent, ongoing efforts to enhance our Talent Network enable us to pull from a an ever-growing pool of top-tier professionals; whether independent contract, full-time permanent recruitment, or parachute-level support for short-term project rescue.
The Screening Process
Every PMHire candidate is brought through a formal pre-screen with one of our Senior Talent Specialists to discuss the specific role, and get a better understanding of whether the candidate is a potential fit based on the Client's requirements and SOW.
Once qualified, the candidate participates in a formal interview with our internal team. Our interviewers are tenured industry leaders, who have earned their stripes over lengthy careers in Program and Project Management roles across a breadth of industries. Only then do candidates get passed to your hiring manager for consideration. This targeted approach helps ensure you're getting the best talent, aligned to the role you want to fill.
Background Check
If your organization requires that successful candidates complete a background check during the contract and / or employment offer stage (whether criminal record, employment verification or credit check), our team will have the candidate completes a formal background check through one of our partners; Sterling Backcheck, or Certn. Results are generally available within 1 business day following completion of the candidate's identify verification.
