How it Works

Getting Started with PMHire

Getting started is easy. The entire process can be completed in as little as a week (depending on how quickly a Master Service Agreement can be signed between your Company and PMHire). We’ve outlined our process below to help demonstrate the steps involved; from building a profile for your Company, to signing your first new hire.

How it works

From Intake to Hire, our goal is to make the process fast, easy and as smooth as possible. Keep reading to learn more.

Intake

Simply complete the intake form below, and a Senior Talent Specialist will be assigned to review your profile and schedule an onboarding session. Expect to hear from us within 1 business day.

Client Onboarding

The onboarding session provides our team with important details about your organization to help build a Search Profile that will yield the best Candidate pool. From your company culture, performance expectations, experience and skillset requirements, work setting details (i.e. remote, hybrid or in-office), payrate etc.

Master Service Agreement

Having a contract in place that aligns to your organization’s internal policies is key, especially when it comes to things like data / equipment security and confidentiality practices. We’ve taken great care to structure a Master Service Agreement (MSA) that ensures your concerns are covered.  

Statement of Work

Our Talent Specialists will work with your hiring manager and/or Human Resources team to gain a deep understanding of the role, including the experience and mechanics required to successfully perform to your expectations and deliver against the project goals. From this, we build a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) which we use to guide our Candidate search.

Candidate Search

Using the SOW we create together, your assigned Talent Specialist will begin a search, simultaneously within our own Talent Network and externally, to identify potential Candidates that match your requirements. We create a Candidate pool and meet with each Candidate to ensure we bring forward only that who best match your specific needs.

Interview Stage

We take great care and pride in building candidate pools with only top-tier talent for every role your company brings through PMHire. Every Candidate is vetted to ensure the integrity of our Talent Network. We also conduct focused internal interviews with our Talent as part of their onboarding process with PMHire, to ensure they have the skills and experience that our Clients require.

Offer and Signing

We strive to ensure our corporate Clients, and our Candidates get the best result possible for every role offer. Our Clients will always get the best talent aligned to the requirements for each specific role. We take great care in managing the Offer Process with each Client / Candidate, to ensure the best outcome for both parties.

Onboarding Support

It’s our credo and promise; we’re invested in your business and the success of every candidate, long after the hire. Our Talent Specialists will provide support for each Hire, in collaboration with your hiring manager, to ensure a successful placement throughout the term.
