Talent Acquisition Process

Join our Network

Apply for an open role. Our Talent Specialists take the time to understand your unique skills, strengths and opportunities to better tailor each career search specifically to your experience and aspirations. We'll use this opportunity to build a candidate profile for you, so that our Talent Specialists are able to keep their eyes open for any suitable opportunities in the future.

Prescreen

Our informal Meet & Greet. When you apply for a role and we determine you might be a fit for the Client, we'll set up a 15-30 minute chat to share role and Client details, and gain a deeper understanding of your experience and goals. Following that, we'll work with you to determine next steps, and either move to the PMHire Interview stage, or target a search to your specific needs.

PMHire Interview

The PMHire Interview. To help align you with the best role, and our Clients with the best talent, we set each candidate up with a tenured member of our PMHire team for a formal interview to gauge candidate alignment to the role, determine next steps in the process, and provide invaluable feedback take to the next stage.

Client Interview

The Client Interview. At this stage, we pass you over to our Client's Hiring Manager to enter into their formal interview process. While some Client's hold a single interview, it's important to note that others might have a multi-part interview process (yes, we've seen as many as three, though this isn't always the case). We will share these details at the beginning of this stage, and will be here to help answer questions along the way.
